While integration of campaigns in Egypt still has a far way to go, Nehal’s study does show some interesting trends among some of the leading brands (and big budget advertisers).

While I do not pretend to be an expert on the mechanisms on the Egyptian advertising market or the consumer mind of Egyptians, I never thought that Pepsi’s approach deserved any merit. Reading some of the commentary, I suppose Pepsi only got what they deserved.
